Book me below for a Google Meets video call to verify your ID1, for your property transaction.
I’ll complete and sign the necessary ID5 Form (to go with your ID1 or ID2). I’ll send out the completed paperwork by post or email (or both if needed).
Payment due by bank transfer after your appointment, once paperwork complete.
I meet all Land Registry’s requirements:
- Fully qualified solicitor
- Current practising certificate
- Regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority
- Member of the Law Society

Simple process:
- Choose an appointment.
- Receive your confirmation email with Google Meets link.
- Email me a copy (or good photo) of:
(a) your passport or photocard licence, and
(b) completed Section A of your form (don’t worry if you have any queries, I’ll answer these on our call). - Join your meeting. No download needed for Google Meets.
- I’ll ask a couple of questions about the transaction, and check your ID. Then I’ll complete/sign an ID5 Form for sending out.
I hope to provide a better/cheaper option, than finding a local solicitor and having to go out for a local appointment.
