I’ll complete and sign the necessary ID5 Form (to go with your ID1 or ID2). I’ll send out the completed paperwork by post or email (or both if needed).

Payment due by bank transfer after your appointment, once paperwork complete.

I meet all Land Registry’s requirements:

1. Fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer
2. Current practising certificate
3. Regulated by The Council for Licensed Conveyancers
4. Member of the Law Society

You’ll just need your Form ID1 (or ID2) and current Full UK Photocard Driving Licence or Valid Passport to hand.
