We are located in the city centre of Oxford and open between the hours of 9am and 5.00pm. We ask that you please complete Section A of the form before you attend your appointment. Please bring currently valid photo ID and also proof of your ordinary residential address (Formal correspondence addressed to you there) no more than three months old. You will also require 2 new passport sized photographs for the appointment.
